Before storing the machine, you should clean the dust, dirt and seeds left inside the large peanut sheller machine, then clean the bearings in various parts with diesel oil, dry them and coat them with butter. Paint the painted parts again. When the paint is dry, cover the machine and store it in a dry warehouse.

2. The crushing rate is obviously increased.

(1) Peanuts are too dry, so add proper amount of water;

(2) The clearance between the shelling bolt and the binding roller is small, so it is necessary to properly pad the binding roller shaft box;

(3) If the clearance of the peeling bolt is small or the blockage is serious, replace the peeling bolt with appropriate clearance or remove the blockage;

(4) The screen face is seriously blocked, so the blockage needs to be removed;

(5) The supporting rod seat and clamp are loose, so the bolts need to be tightened;

(6) The air volume is small, so it is necessary to open a large air volume.

3. The vibration of the fuselage is large and there is abnormal sound.

(1) The foundation is not firm and the anchor bolts are loose. So we need to strengthen the foundation and tighten the bolts;

(2) Fasteners or transmission parts are loose and need to be tightened with a wrench;

(3) There are stones or other sundries in the roller, which need to be removed;

(4) Some bearings are damaged and need to be replaced with new bearings;

(5) The fan impeller is entangled with sundries, which need to be stopped and removed.
